CEN’s unique, 2500 route mile, all optical, high-performance network provides internet service to organizations of all sizes in every Connecticut community. Established to meet the rigors of research and education, CEN has the capacity and engineering performance to support high-bandwidth applications like distance learning, large-scale data transfers, video conferencing, virtual laboratories and digital libraries.

CEN is an open-access network available to any Connecticut organization.
